Since data security is very important for us, chosen, most confidential data which we collected from a phone or PC, is encrypted.
What does that mean?
Location, messages, and contacts are stored in the database in encrypted manner. Also, due to security reasons, when a password is lost and the password reset occurs, all that data will not be accessible anymore.
Screenshots are stored only on the protected device (a phone, tablet, or computer), we do not store Screenshots nor the Live views on our servers. In order for the parent to access them, the protected device has to be turned on and connected to the Internet.
